Hosting features depend on the Hostinger plan and are enabled for your site. There is no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Maintenance covers infrastructure only — not content edits, design changes or help-desk support.

Is the website really free?
The design and development are free. You pay the first-year hosting and infrastructure maintenance plan before your site goes live. There is no separate build fee.
What exactly do I pay?
The launch rate is ₱899/month for a one-page website or ₱1,399/month for two to nine pages. The full first year is ₱10,788 or ₱16,788 (12 months), paid before launch. Standard monthly rates are ₱1,499 for one page and ₱2,499 for two to nine pages. Custom projects are quoted after we review your brief. Domain registration and applicable taxes are separate.
Is the first year paid monthly?
No. The first-year total is paid before launch: ₱10,788 for one page or ₱16,788 for two to nine pages. The monthly rate is shown for comparison. After year one, you choose monthly or yearly renewal.
Is support included?
No. The plan covers hosting and infrastructure maintenance only: SSL, CDN, backups, malware scanning and Hostinger server monitoring. It does not include a help desk, content edits, design changes or new features. Those can be quoted separately.
Is on-page SEO included?
Yes. Basic on-page SEO setup is included free with standard builds: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal links, an XML sitemap, robots.txt and relevant structured data. We do not sell ongoing SEO, content marketing, backlinks or ranking services, and we do not promise rankings, traffic or sales.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, keep it and connect it to your site. If you do not have one, you can use a free yourbusiness.webkinn.com subdomain instead.
What happens after the first year?
You choose whether to renew monthly or yearly. We show the renewal price before you pay, and we never auto-charge. If you choose not to renew, hosting and maintenance end when the current term expires.
How long does it take?
We confirm a delivery window in writing after we review your brief. Timing depends on the number of pages and how quickly you provide content and feedback. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all promise.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before launch, you can cancel for a full refund. After launch, the first-year plan is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.
